Bitcoin bias flipped 32 times to neutral on September 17, 2026

Bitcoin declined toward the $76,000-$77,000 area following the failed Senate vote on the Clarity Act, with ongoing talks and a possible SEC-CFTC path now in focus. The decline coincided with more than $260 million in crypto liquidations and about $450 million in outflows from Bitcoin ETFs, described as the largest since June. Activity was also marked by a large holder exchanging 866 BTC for ETH hours before the drop.
